Hotel is modern, has nice fitness room. Room itself is modern, has a comfortable bed, and was quiet as requested. Personal attention stood out, at breakfast room welcoming you by name from second day on, was very nice

Excellent location. The building and the room have great atmosphere. It worked well for me as a business traveller - good internet, excellent breakfast. Nice park views from the room.

Breakfast was generous and delicious. The staff at the restaurant and reception are very helpful. I asked for a change of room and it was done swiftly. The new room was fantastic.

Location is great, walking access to many BA attractions. Staff is very helpful. Decent breakfast with some variety, however, you won't expect the big range of offering. In general good hotel for short stay. They also helped us with baggage storage while we went for several daydays trip.

We spent 12 days in total in 4 visits in hotel Crillon during February 2024. In fact, I used it as our base for visiting Argentina (south and north) leaving part of our luggage there during our trips. We had some difficulties with flights and the hotel helped a lot. The reception of the hotel is extremely good and professional. Anibal and Antonio, the senior receptionists are great and the others also very good. Kind, helpful and efficient. I will recommend this hotel to everybody in my family and friends. Great place to visit Buenos Aires and use it as base to visit Argentina.

Location, location, location. Close to Galerias Pacífico and not too far from Puerto Madero and right in front of a subway station. Great area with plenty of restaurants. Hotel itself is an old building but the renovations were fine. Nespresso machine with free coffee, decent sized mini fridge, good shower and all amenities are available upon request, including ironing board, power adapters, mobile chargers. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was perfectly located. The staff was incredibly helpful when finding things to do near by. It was the perfect place to go back to and reset after a long day exploring the city. A plus is it is also located near a metro line :)
